At True & Timeless Hair Studio, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We promise to uphold the highest standards in our work, creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all. In return, we kindly ask our clients to adhere to our studio policies. Thank you.

CANCELATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all clients be aware of their stylist's cancelation policies before booking. Our stylists are completely independent. This means that each individual creates their own client cancelation policies. All cancelation fees are non-refundable and non-circumstantial. If for any reason an issue may arise regarding these matters, please reach out to your stylist directly. NOT True & Timeless. Thank you for understanding.

GUEST POLICY

Our studio is a shared space and ensures to maintain a safe and relaxing environment for our clients. We kindly ask that all clients keep a one-to-one ratio per appointment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out to your stylist directly with any questions or concerns prior to your appointment.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

We prioritize the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of both our clients and our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on the following considerations:



  1. Consultation Concerns: If we feel that a consultation does not align with our expertise or standards, we may decline service.
  2. Medical Uncertainty: If there are concerns regarding medical conditions that may affect the service, we may choose to decline.
  3. Hygiene Standards:  We require all clients to meet a hygiene standard, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience.
  4. Health Considerations: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment, within a respectful time frame, for the well-being of everyone.
  5. Inappropriate Behavior: We maintain a respectful environment and will not tolerate any disrespectful behavior.

REFUND POLICY

True & Timeless DOES NOT issue refunds. If you have any concerns about your service,

please notify your stylist directly within 48 hour of your appointment.


To address any issues, we ask that you return to the salon so your stylist can visually assess your hair in person. During your visit, your stylist will work with you to consult and make adjustments to your satisfaction. If you are still not satisfied, we can arrange for a rescheduling with a different stylist. (additional charges may apply)


Please note that if you feel a color is not the right fit but it was executed correctly based on the consultation, additional fees may apply for adjustments. We appreciate you understanding and are committed to ensuring your experience is positive.
