We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. We promise to provide all services to your highest level of satisfaction. When doing so, we ask that you please be respectful of our current studio policies. Thank you.

CANCELATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all clients be aware of their stylist's cancelation policies before booking. Our stylists are completely independent. This means that each individual creates their own client cancelation policies. All cancelation fees are non-refundable and non-circumstantial. If for any reason an issue may arise regarding these matters, please reach out to your stylist directly. NOT True & Timeless. Thank you for understanding.

GUEST POLICY

True & Timeless is a shared space and ensures to maintain a safe and relaxing environment for our clients. We kindly ask that all clients keep a one-to-one ratio per appointment and no children or additional guests accompany you to your appointment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out to your stylist directly with any questions or concerns regarding your future appointment if this may affect you.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

Our stylists at True & Timeless have the right to refuse services to anyone we deem fit. Whether that be regarding a consultation we are not confident with, inappropriate behavior, medical uncertainty, hygiene etc.


If you are we as that you be considerate of our staff and reschedule your appointment in advance. cancelations related to illness are subject to stylist's cancelation fees. Please be aware of these in advance. Thank you for understanding.

REFUND POLICY

True & Timeless stylists DO NOT issue refunds. However, should you have any concerns about the service you received, please notify your stylist directly within 48hrs of your service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work performed within the chosen services, we require that you return to the salon. This allows us to visually inspect your hair in person. At that time, we will make every effort to consult and make any adjustments to your satisfaction. From there, you will be rescheduled with the stylist who performed the initial service. However, if you decide a color is not the right fit and are wanting adjustments that were not included in the previous consultation, you are subject to additional fees.
